		<description>I&#039;m surprised at the negative comments. I have been very pleased with my websites and their support. The only problem I didn&#039;t like was the various pricing plans. They do give you a great deal for one year and for the second year, it jumps up more than 100%</description>

1. Not enough  bandwidth even for the one page static website.
2. Any user who knows your domain name can reset your password and ftp account, so I have to create a new password everytime I login to their website.

3. The customer service don&#039;t have a clue on most techincal problems and usually suspend the website and then email you there is a problem

.In a word, there is always a problem when you try to do some work on your website. Right now I deleted many posts in wordpress and they cut me off and my website is down because I must have exceeded  my allocated bandwidth.

Go for them and you will go mad.

I asked them for  refund, but ignored me

They take your money and then treat you like a joke

They take your money, offer no quality assistance, I was told, &quot;Sorry I can&#039;t stay on the phone that long!&quot; The assigned consierge never returned my phone call and only worked very limited days and hours. There is no 24/7 support. When you cancel, they refuse to refund you the money for the add ons or the consierge, so they get to keep a good portion of the money you put out. Their business practices are underhanded, they don&#039;t make you fully aware of their no refund policies. Out of 1-10 for overall performance, I would give them a -20! If you want quality service, real 24/7 assistance, and an easy to set up website, I build mine in one day, go to Intuit, they don&#039;t hide anything, they are friendly, and take all the time with you that you need assuring you are where you need to be when they finally get off the phone with you.</description>

		<description>I switched to IPAGE after being with SlowDaddy, errr....GoDaddy. 

GoDaddy servers were slow and did not play embedded flash videos very well if at all. Stutter, lag etc. 

Now with Ipage I&#039;ve noticed they consitantly have Email server issues, FTP server issues and website down time very often. In any given month that I&#039;m aware of my Email servers are down 3 or 4 times. 
Problem, I&#039;m running a business that requires Email to be up and running!

I&#039;m going to have to switch yet again to some other hosting and relearn their control panel and interface.

		<description>i joined and within 5 minutes encountered 3 errors in iPage&#039;s system, after an hour another 2 errors, critical errors like no FTP, no Wordpress support, password errors, i contacted support through chat and they said it was fixed, but it wasnt... so i spent another hour on chat because the tech couldnt login to the account (password error), finally they got in then they said they couldnt fix it and would have to send it to somebody else which will take 24 -48 hours... i asked for a refund but the refund wouldnt include the free domain and the charge for that would be 15 dollars (they only charge 12.99 a domain) so 15 is over charging which i feel it is a ripoff after all hosting is cheap to begin with so with the 15 non refundable it is not worth the hassle... i went with another company and have this iPage hosting which is useless</description>
