I know i could have used the tools ipage made available for designing a web page, my friend here did her own just fine , but i decided to try out the web design services and i thought they were just absolutely fabulous. Professional, nice, prompt and not nearly as expensive as i was a fraid it would be! I even was able to take $ from my design budget and devote it to marketing … i apprecaite the completeness of the ipage services. Awesome, folks!
Decent price for what you’re getting. Customer support isn’t too bad, though that might be an area to tweek up a bit. Most importantly is the price you’re getting good quaility tools to build your website at a good price. I’m loyal to Ipage and will continue you to stay for as long as I can.
The CMS choices are great. I prefer Joomla! myslef, and i found it quite easy to install from your site, one click it said and one click it was 
. I know a lot of my colleagues prefer to work with drupal, which is also pretty awesome, so it’s good you have powerful drupal support as well. With all these tools and features i feel a bit like a kid in a playbox! Ipage gets thumbs up.

Nice site I use a company called Ncube Digital for all of my Web Development and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a really good web design company. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a company in the industry so ready to answer a phone or an email and give great advice.
Ipage is terrible. We still have a month old issue with what started out to be okay communications that moved on to not listening to the customer now to no communications. We are forced to turn to the Better Business Bureau for a solution.
Ipage has the slowest customer service response time. Ipage has slowest and worst customer service. My website was down for like 3 days and it took them 3 days to fix the dam small website that barely has any contents. Agents take forever to respond when I need to chat with them.
All the good reviews they have are PAID MARKETINGS. ipage also has 2 mb upload limit… which makes it impossible to build even a decent website. They also have 60 sec execution time which makes so that even if they increase it to 10 mb upload size limit, you can only upload 2mb in the end with the execution time limit. Oh and default is 2mb size limit… you have to ask and beg them to lift it to 10 mb. It's ridiculous. Do not use ipage hosting service. DO not use their sister company ipower either.
They are basically same company (ipage and ipower). I paid about 80 bucks and they will only return like 20 something dollars. I am going to wait until my time is up then canceling it. All the savvy programmers and web developers told me to stay away from ipage hosting but it was too late… b/c i already signed up before they gave me the advice…
Oh and not to mention, my website was down like every other day even with barely having any content on it. (home page with banner and one blog comment…)
If you are serious about building a website, don’t use ipage nor ipower.
Their unlimit marketing is obviously a lie. It’s super limited and they cut you off anytime they feel like it. Do not get suckered into their paid marketing review. They pay to websites to have good ratings…

While iPage has a very cost-effective product, their customer service is among the worst in the industry. Virtually non-existent. Their SPAM filtering very simply DOES NOT WORK. You can enter domain names, email addresses or IP addresses into their alleged blacklist and NOTHING changes.
I even signed up for their enhanced SPAM filtering. No difference.
Their support is a joke. They just sent me an email update saying there had been activity on my support ticket (another in a long series of complaints on their useless blacklist). The “activity” was to say I had been contacted today and the status chanted to (resolved). Simply not true.
i joined and within 5 minutes encountered 3 errors in iPage’s system, after an hour another 2 errors, critical errors like no FTP, no Wordpress support, password errors, i contacted support through chat and they said it was fixed, but it wasnt… so i spent another hour on chat because the tech couldnt login to the account (password error), finally they got in then they said they couldnt fix it and would have to send it to somebody else which will take 24 -48 hours… i asked for a refund but the refund wouldnt include the free domain and the charge for that would be 15 dollars (they only charge 12.99 a domain) so 15 is over charging which i feel it is a ripoff after all hosting is cheap to begin with so with the 15 non refundable it is not worth the hassle… i went with another company and have this iPage hosting which is useless
Had to transfer my accounts on Host Gator. Would not recommend ipage.com to anyone. Review are very important and is very important to read them before make a decision.

I switched to IPAGE after being with SlowDaddy, errr….GoDaddy.
GoDaddy servers were slow and did not play embedded flash videos very well if at all. Stutter, lag etc.
Now with Ipage I’ve noticed they consitantly have Email server issues, FTP server issues and website down time very often. In any given month that I’m aware of my Email servers are down 3 or 4 times.
Problem, I’m running a business that requires Email to be up and running!
I’m going to have to switch yet again to some other hosting and relearn their control panel and interface.
This is getting OLD.
IPage sucks. They take your money, offer no quality assistance, I was told, “Sorry I can’t stay on the phone that long!” The assigned consierge never returned my phone call and only worked very limited days and hours. There is no 24/7 support. When you cancel, they refuse to refund you the money for the add ons or the consierge, so they get to keep a good portion of the money you put out. Their business practices are underhanded, they don’t make you fully aware of their no refund policies. Out of 1-10 for overall performance, I would give them a -20! If you want quality service, real 24/7 assistance, and an easy to set up website, I build mine in one day, go to Intuit, they don’t hide anything, they are friendly, and take all the time with you that you need assuring you are where you need to be when they finally get off the phone with you.
I’ve had my iPage account for three miserable days. First, I was charged $100 extra for an accelerator which they found doesn’t work. Today no one can see my web page. I called to cancel my subscription today and was told that most of what I was charged is NON-REFUNDABLE. Never in my life have I encountered such a company.
I can go on forever on ipage miserable hosting services
1. Not enough bandwidth even for the one page static website.
2. Any user who knows your domain name can reset your password and ftp account, so I have to create a new password everytime I login to their website.
3. The customer service don’t have a clue on most techincal problems and usually suspend the website and then email you there is a problem
.In a word, there is always a problem when you try to do some work on your website. Right now I deleted many posts in wordpress and they cut me off and my website is down because I must have exceeded my allocated bandwidth.
Go for them and you will go mad.
