I have been hosted with InMotion for almost a year, and I am much more satisfied than I could expect for a 10$/month service.
They have lot of features, but what I like the most is their customer support, both sales and technical. They phoned me (an international call!) just to make a faster account setup, and in just a few hours, my account was setup and ready.

I love these folks! I know a little about website design and development – enough to be dangerous, but not enough to get anything done without help… I’ve called tech support a number of times; everyone I’ve spoken with has been extremely helpful and clearly knows his/her stuff (OK, it’s only been men so far, but I like to leave that possibility open). Inmotion’s hosting services are far better than I had first thought. My web pages load promptly and so far the support has been excellent. Well today is finally the day that I’ve had enough of these intermittent problems. I’m a small business owner and belong to a professional organization. Several times throughout the months I get people who e-mail me that their e-mail to me got kicked back. One time I called InMotion and they said ‘the server I was on was blacklisted with a particular group, and they were submitting a request to be whitelisted so it wouldn’t happen again.
But this isn’t just having to do with that one group (my user group that I belong to is @yahoo.com).
I’ve discovered other e-mails from other non AOL groups get kicked back.
Also, when I click ’send and receive’ many times during the day this says that my server is not responding.
I’m sick and tired of this. I’ve already moved my business to a new company, but I’m still using this account for 1 more month, until the transition takes place.
If you are a small business owner, the ability to receive clients communication is vital!
